Rooms were excellent value for money. Location was close to metro. Free wifi was a bonus.
Breakfast was a bit strange,,,,,tables were set up outside under sun canopies bit no cutlery laid out !....and the heavy door into the restaurant made bringing food to tables outside was not easy.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the historic Podol district. the location was extremely convenient, with the Kontraktova Square and metro station nearby. the hotel had a traditional European atmosphere, which I found charming. the staff, especially the receptionist Yaroslava, were friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely courtyard where you could relax. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food with the option to dine in the beautiful courtyard. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

I used to stay in Riviera, but this time they had only DeLux numbers for 250 Euro/night, so I choose this hotel as substitute for 170 USD/night. Nice, new very small and cosy hotel with very good location.
I staid just one night, so I don't have neither breakfast nor any bad impression.

The rooms were clean and had just been refurbished, the hotel is in a good location and the staff are friendly.
There were no cearley defined parking areas and there was limited relaxation areas in the hotel.

Nice, clean, very comfortable, cosy, pleasent decoration colours.
City view rooms are very noisy because of the trams outside, so you should better take a chamer with inside view.

There are some unsolved issues on charging: I assume I was charged at the booking and then again when checking out from the hotel. The issue is not cleared yet, however, some more clarity would help for future.

The hotel had a great location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. the complementary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The hotel staff was unhelpful and rude during the New Year holiday. They did not offer any special New Year events or activities, despite the high price of the room.
